RingCentral is a cloud-based communications platform centered around VoIP telephony and meeting software. We employ RingCentral at MedTrainer due to its flexibility and robust feature set as well as its integrations with Salesforce, Gong.io and G Suite. Every user on the RingCentral plan at MedTrainer has access to the RingCentral Meetings service which can serve as an alternative to Google Meet when Google apps are blocked or unavailable. Procedure

1. Log into the RingCentral application

2. Click on Settings → Video

3. The link will be visible under the section called Personal Meeting ID
