MedTrainer- User guide to Enable Flash

MedTrainer strongly recommends the use of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access the course content.
If you encounter issues continuing a previously started course or aren't able to submit an answer to a question follow these steps:

 GOOGLE CHROME


1. Click on the three vertical dots on your upper right-hand corner

2. Click on Settings




3. Scroll down and click on the word Advanced


4. Underneath privacy and security click on content settings



5. Click on Flash




6. Click on Add under allow







7. Type in under site lms.medtrainer.com then click Add


8. Close the browser completely then reopen a new browser and relog in to MedTrainer and continue your course.

 MOZILLA FIREFOX


1. Open the browser and in the URL type https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/


2. Uncheck Optional Offers the click Install now





3. Click on Save File



4. Click on Yes on the pop up



5. Then click on allow adobe to install updates and next





6. Close the browser completely then reopen a new browser and relog in to MedTrainer and continue your course.




INTERNET EXPLORER


1. Click on the Gear icon, then manage Add-ons





2. Under Show: All add-ons need to be selected







3. On the right-hand side of the screen scroll down to Microsoft Windows Third Party Application Component and enable Shockwave Flash Object by clicking Enable




4. Then click close
5. Close the browser completely then reopen a new browser and relog in to MedTrainer and continue your course.
