How to create a Case for COURSES (request a custom course to be created):

Support specialists are to follow the next procedure when it comes to request the Course department the creation of a custom course.

You will have to select the (COUR) project and the type of issue should be "Task":

You need to fill all the required fields. On summary you will have to specify the name of the course and on component you should select "Custom course":

In description you need to make the request.

After indicating the "Company" it is very important to attach the proper documentation sent by the customer, link the original case to yours and assign this case to Michael Mazerik as he will be selecting the COUR staff member that will be working on your custom course request:
