Temporary Password Workflow

Support specialists Emilio Lopez Jennifer Perez (Unlicensed) cpeon@medtrainer.com (Unlicensed) and Erick Saavedra (Unlicensed) are to instruct users to use their temporary password moving forward. Improvements will be submitted in order to make the workflow simpler for the end user and will be tracked in the following case:
On our login page there is a Forgot Password option
You must confirm your email twice and hit Restore Password
Instructions get sent to your email address, click on the hyperlink
Upon clicking on the link you get redirected to LMS and the first warning sign is
you get prompted with the same alerts that are already on this screen
A new option has been enabled Forgot security questions answers?
This prompts a confirmation you want to request a temporary password
Upon logging in the user will be prompted with the following screen to choose security questions and set up a new password. An improvement will be submitted to have the questions previously selected be defaulted.
