COUR-Bug request Workflow
How to create a Case for COURSES (request a bug to be reviewed and solved):
Support specialists are to follow the next procedure when it comes to request the Course department to review a Bug detected on a course and find a solution.
You will have to select the Project (COUR) and the Issue Type should be "BUG":
Indicate the issue on Summary and select a component (Course Bug). In the Description, please provide a detailed explanation of the bug that was detected. It is very important to provide accurate information as it is used to help identify the issue in a fast way.
After a detailed description has been provided, you need to attach proof showing the bug. You need to link this case to the original one and assign it to Michael Mazerik.
