COUR- Support/Bug/ Task request Workflow
How to create a Case for COURSES (request a custom course to be created):
Support specialists are to follow the next procedure when it comes to creating a request to the Course department for both Bugs or Custom Tasks:
You will have to select the (COUR) project and the type of issue should be "Task" or "Bug" (depending of the request you want to create):
You need to fill all the required fields. On summary you will have to provide a brief title to identify the course and the issue that the user is encountering.On component you will find a list of several issues the users might encounter while working with the course. We need to identify the issue and indicate what type of issue it is in order to provide the best and most accurate solution to the users:
In description you need to make the request.
After indicating the "Company" it is very important to attach the proper documentation sent by the customer, link the original case to yours and assign this case to Michael Mazerik as he will be selecting the COUR staff member that will be working on your custom course request:
And last but not least, it is of high importance to add the COURSE ID as it will ease the work for our Course department when trying to work on your request. Please indicate like in the following image:
